High security steel storage box with advanced Vaultlock™ locking system for open-backed vehicles. Safeguards tools against theft and protects against the elements. Once bolted down, tools are kept secure against the bulkhead of the vehicle and to hand whenever needed. Independently tested, approved and certified by Sold Secure and Secured by Design, the UK's police approved standard. Heavy duty 3mm steel body with phosphated anti-corrosion protection and reinforced lid for protection against attacks with crowbars and car jacks. Vaultlock™ locking system positioned deep within the body of the box and protected by a hardened steel plate. Highly effective 70mm anti-pick, anti-drill and anti-rust stainless steel disc lock. Drop-down recessed handles with rubber pads for comfortable lifting. Wide mouth drop front for greater access and visibility of contents. Strong gas support arm for soft open and close lid action. Bolt-on lid handle designed to shear off if attacked. 4 reinforced fixing points for easy installation to the vehicle floor. Includes instructions, anti-theft bolts and 3 keys per lock.
