We are still open and remain fully operational
We’ve put in place strict measures to protect and safeguard our teams and the wider community. We are doing our best to ensure all orders placed are despatched on time but due to these safety measures, our parcels are taking a little longer than usual at the moment to reach you. Our carrier partners are doing all they can to navigate this challenge to deliver on time but due to measures they have in place they are also experiencing delays on some occasions. Our customer service team may take longer to come back to you. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you can appreciate these measures are in place to ensure the safety of our teams.
Our colleagues are all working extremely hard and we’re so grateful for their commitment and efforts. We’re also incredibly grateful to you, our customers, for continuing to support us.
