European Union (EU)

Orders to the EU under €150 will be delivered under the IOSS scheme where all customs and VAT charges are paid for at the point of sale.

Orders over €150 customs and taxes will be charged by the courier upon import into the destination country. 

Please note that on orders over €150 you WILL be charged duties and taxes locally once the goods enter the destination country. The courier will not release the goods to you until this has been paid by yourself. White Rose Tools are not responsible for any taxes or duties charged locally. Failure to pay the charges will mean the goods are returned to us. Any return costs the courier charges will be deducted from the refund of the order.

International 

We dispatch orders worldwide. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and DPD and prices are calculated on weight and volume.

Remote areas in certain postcodes can incur a remote surcharge. If your postcode is a remote area we will contact you regarding this.
