Return Policy

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 60 days, beginning with the day after the item is delivered.

This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been unsealed. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an "as new" condition. All seals, packaging etc. must still be intact. The original postage charge and return postage costs must be met by the buyer for all items (excluding faulty and broken items).

Faulty Products

As soon as you found a fault which the item has developed please e-mail us at sales@whiterosetools.co.uk and we will get back to you with a prompt response (usually within 24 hours Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).

If an item is received damaged, please notify us within 48 hours upon receipt of your order.

Items bought from us with a valid receipt are covered with a 30 day warranty* (from sale date). Products which develop a fault after the 30 days please contact the manufacturer.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, we require photographic evidence to process a claim or replacement. Please provide clear images showing:

  • The external packaging (front and back)

  • Any visible damage to the outer box

  • The internal packaging, including any added packing materials that may have been used to protect the item inside

  • The damaged item itself from multiple angles

These images help us assess the issue and support any claims with the courier. Without this documentation, we may be unable to proceed with a resolution.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping address details are entered correctly at the time of order, including full street address, house or flat number, postcode, and any other necessary delivery information.

Orders returned to us by the courier due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer will incur a re-shipping fee. In such cases, the customer will be required to cover the full cost of re-delivery before the order can be dispatched again.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information submitted during checkout.


*What is not covered:

Normal wear and tear caused by use in accordance with the operating instructions e.g. blades, brushes, belts, bulbs, batteries etc.
Accidental damage, faults caused by: improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, overloading, insufficient maintenance, careless operation or handling of the product.
Use of the product for anything other than normal domestic purposes.
Change or modification of the product in any way.
Defects caused by the use of parts or accessories which are not Manufacturer genuine components.
Faulty installation if applicable.
