Trend Snappy 6.35mm x 12.7mm TCT Counterbore - to recess screws for plugging

"12/7mm diameter TCT counterbore to drill precision recess to hide screws below the surface when used with matching plug cutter.

Ideal for screws up to 12 gauge Imperial sizes."

Used in conjunction with the Trend Snappy SNAP/PC/127T or SNAP/PC/12 Plug Cutters, fixings can be hidden with an almost invisible plug for a high quality, professional finish.

6.35mm diameter drill allows for clearance for thicker screw shanks and to ensure accurate, consistent alignment.

Drill depth can be altered to suit material thickness and is easily replaceable if it becomes damaged.

TCT cutting faces can be resharpened ensuring a long lifespan and assured performance in all timbers and abrasive timber based materials including ply, MDF and chipboard.
